Ksubi AW12 Collection “War”

Ksubi’s new collection for A/W 2012 labelled “WAR” is inspired by 90s grunge and the punk movement. The collection evokes a Punk rock attitude and rebellion with a clean cut edge. The look book shot by Bec Parsons and styled by Christine Centenera features a mix of plaid, denim, leather and animal print.

The look book features 90′s silhouettes with baggy pants making a comeback. The collection also features a wide variety of jackets and hoodies that will be sure to keep you warm next winter. Functionality seemed to become a huge part of the collection and design process with it being clear that a utilitarian quality was given to most pieces including zips, snaps and butt0ns to not only add to the aesthetics but also the usability.

The street wear label seems to have done a top job in the execution of their winter look book, and I can’t wait to check it out in stores next year.
