MinkPink Bloggers Tea

Last week, on-trend fashion label MinkPink invited a collection of Australian-based bloggers to a girly morning tea to introduce us their new global campaign. While I was at the tea I caught up with the MinkPink marketing manager Amy-Louise Hoare. 

Who is the Mink Pink girl?

She’s a free spirited free-thinking 20-something. She “just gets it”, She LOVES to shop, She manages the social calendar, she’s got a look all her own, she’s happy to be the centre of attention, she cares about her friends, she’s more likely online than watching TV, she’s active on social media, she LOVES a party, she has money to burn on the thing she loves and she is constantly on the go.

Where does your design inspiration come from?

Designed and loved for who we are. Being brave and free.

Who is the model in the video and how did MinkPink come up with the idea for the fun and quirky video? Was there anything that inspired the end choice?

The video captures the personality of the MinkPink brand – using international talent.

Where will you be stock listed overseas?

MinkPink is stocked in Harrods, Urban Outfitters, David Jones and ASOS and will expand even further to Germany, France, Japan and Holland.

The global campaign includes a video which we got a sneak peek of while we enjoyed treats and sweets of choice included MinkPink cupcakes, lamingtons, lollies, marshmellows and Tim Tams accompanied by Pims, San Pellegrino and champagne.
