Generally, there’s a few trends out there that we are never game enough to try even if we are usually it may mean a few odd looks from your friends and family. This would have to be one of those trends. As a little girl I remember my mum forcing me t wear frilly little white socks with patent sandals… And I used to cry, (it was even worse when mum paired them with a pair of black patent leather shoes… Even if they were Mary Janes) I thought it was hideous, On top of that she snipped my long locks into a bob, In my frilly socks and bowl cut..

Once I was in Europe my uncle from the UK always wore socks with sandals… It was atrocious however socks are making a comeback, Not with cheap sandals though! I believe you can pull this look off with wedges, sexy boots and strappy heels not the evening wear kind though!
So once there is a size 8 available for me in Jeffrey Campbell’s famous Pixie Boot..
I\’ll be sure to team my suspender stockings and these little boots together for one great little

Combo and then I shall attempt the trend that’s seems to be sweeping the blogging nation and in fashion editorials this winter. Socks & hosiery are definitely making a comeback!
These are some of my favourite blogs… And the girls are just stunning and hey this is where everyone is picking up the trend!! Including you lovely Facebookers…I have already sent off an order to Asos… And I can’t wait to pick up a few bits and pieces from We Love Colours… I actually heard about this little label through Sabo Skirt… They specialise in all types of socks, tights, hosiery and what not… Including the sexy thigh highs! And they even have patterned pairs (Sabo Skirt are currently giving away a pair of these awesome metallic socks check em out)

P.s. I still need to do an outfit post! I KNOW it\’s killing me but I\’ll get onto it once I\’ve got Batteries for the camera, Or a tripod, or motivation… Right now it’s about 10 degrees and I feel as if my baby toe is about to snap off…

We all know Tuula… come on even if you don\’t blog your bound to have her on facebook! But anyway this gorgeous creature has been selling vintage apparel since the beginning of this year and its been going so well for her that shes actually RELOCATING.. Leaving down under behind and heading to the UK Tuula Neon Blonde interviewed her a couple of months back

So if you haven\’t heard of Nicole from Gary Pepper Vintage.. You are definitely living in a box… This breath of fresh air is one of the world’s favourite bloggers and I\’m not joking… At just 21 years of age Nicole’s Vintage business is flying and even the biggest names in the fashion industry are taking note… Jeffrey Campbell now regularly features GPV on his blog, she has featured in so many editorials such as Grazia, Famous, 2Threads.com, Frockshop.com.au but the list goes on for a while…

Not only that Nicole has some big projects going on in her life at the moment! From featuring her own line at the collaborating with cult boutique, Tuchuzy, this coming summer! Tuchuzy is an amazing high end boutique in Bondi that carries stylish, unique and cutting edge labels like: Alexander Wang Eyewear, Alex & Chloe, Bassike, Bec & Bridge, Ellery, Helmut Lang, House of Harlow, Karen Walker, Karla Spetic, Lonely Hearts, Rag & Bone, Stolen Girlfriends Club, The Row Eyewear, Therese Rawsthorne, Wildfox AND of course Jeffrey Campbell… Just to give you an idea, She will also be doing the visual merchandising for both tuchuzy stores to reflect the Gary Pepper Vintage style… Oh and there’s so much more to it, but it’s much better to hear it from her so head over to her blog to read more about her amazing adventures.
