These terms and conditions are an agreement between you the user and 2threads.com. You are fully responsible for your conduct and the material you upload to this website. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding. The full terms of this agreement are mandatory. You must agree to all terms to use the 2threads.com website and by electing to accept these terms in signing up for a membership account on this website you agree to be bound to these terms and conditions.

1. Introduction: 2threads.com is a social network for you to interact with other users, provide content and browse content. 2threads.com does not have control over or filter the information that is posted on this website. Therefore, 2threads.com directors, employees, representatives or anyone else associated with this website do not accept any responsibility or liability for and damages, injuries, losses, claims, expenses or grievances of any form arising through the utilisation of the website and associated services. 2threads.com is not responsible in any way for any communications, actions or omissions of any other persons interacting with the 2threads.com website.

2. Beta: the current version of 2threads.com is a beta version of the website. We may at anytime change or delete functions and design elements of the website or introduce new functions.

3. Eligibility: you must be 16 years of age or older to use this website.

4. Registration: 2threads.com reserves the right to decline your membership application at any time. 2threads.com reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time if you break any terms of this agreement.

5. Term: the term of this agreement is ongoing.

6. Cost: the cost to use this website is free unless otherwise stated by 2threads.com. 2threads.com reserves the right to change this pricing policy at any anytime.

7. Login and passwords: all members are required to have a login and password to use the 2threads.com website. As a user of this website it is your full responsibility to keep your password private at all times. Do not share your password or login details with anyone at any time. You are fully responsible for any consequences that arise from your password being obtained by a 3rd party, even if these actions were not approved or condemned by you.

8. Personal information: any information you upload to 2threads.com is available to be viewed by all members and non-members of the website. Take care to not upload any personal information that you don‘t want the general public to know or see. In particular address details, phone numbers, license plate numbers, email addresses and images of your living location. You must take full responsibility for your actions here. 2threads.com takes no
responsibility for any consequences of you uploading any sensitive personal
information on yourself or any other persons to the 2threads.com website"

9. Content: 2threads.com does not have control over the information or filter any information that is posted on this website. Therefore it is your sole responsibility to take care with what you post on the website and how you interact with other members. You are liable for any information, text, images, video or any other digital content that you upload to the 2threads.com website. Any content you provide to your profile page or upload anywhere on the website may be accessed, modified or amended by any 2threads.com staff, owners or appointed representatives.
You must not upload any information or material that defames any person or group of persons or is obscene, pornographic, indecent, harassing or otherwise inappropriate. Your content must also not include any malicious computer code, including but not limited to any viruses, trojan horses or any other computer programming code that may damage or interfere with the 2threads website, any of the information on this website or affiliated websites, or the systems of site users.
2threads.com does not warrant that information that you upload to this website will be free from damage, adaptation or misuse by any other members and non-members of this website. We also don‘t warrant that your uploaded information will be displayed for any set timeframes.

The material that you upload to the website remains the copyright of the owner of that information or material at all times. You grant 2threads.com a limited license to use, modify, publicly display, reproduce and distribute all
content within the 2threads.com and affiliated websites.

11. Behavior: you agree to act safely and fairly whilst using this website. You agree to not harass any fellow members of this website or any person(s) whilst using the services of this website. You agree to act in a responsible and civil manner.

12. Spam: We do not tolerate spam messages sent to 2threads.com or any members of the 2threads.com website. If you spam, your account will be cancelled immediately without warning.

13. Access: You must ensure that access to this website is not illegal or prohibited in your area or workplace. We do not accept any responsibility for any consequences associated with your use of this website.

14. Report bad content: 2threads.com does not manually screen or filter content before it is uploaded to this website. Therefore we rely on the user to report inappropriate content, as defined above in point 9. To report such content to us, please email us at feedback@2threads.com.

Interruption or loss of services: We do not accept liability for any losses arising directly or indirectly from a failure to provide the 2threads.com website service, which are caused by us directly or indirectly or other members of the service who are bound to this agreement. Including but not limited to damage or interference with any system or computers.

16. We cannot take responsibility for the actions or authenticate the identity of all members of the 2threads.com website. In turn we cannot prevent them from acting under false names or aliases. As part of this agreement you agree not to impersonate or act like any other person which you are not. We take no responsibility for the consequences of such action by any members of this website.

17. Illegal activity: You agree to not use this website for any pornographic or illegal purposes.

18. 2threads.com does not accept any responsibility for any consequences of your accessing this website or the actions of any members. Whether we had knowledge of these actions or not.

20. 2threads.com content: Any information or material uploaded to this website by 2threads.com directors, employees, sub editors, editors or other appointed representatives always remains the copyright of 2threads.com at all times.

21. Newsletters: You agree to receive a weekly 2threads.com newsletter upon accepting this agreement. You have the option to unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time through the unsubscribe links in the newsletter itself.

22. Events: We may promote events in different international locations. We do not necessarily endorse these events and we take no responsibility for your interaction with or acceptance of invitations to these events.

23. 2threads.com events: We do not take responsibility for any consequences that result for your attendance to our events. You are responsible for your own behavior and safety at all times. We do not take any responsibility for any consequences of your interaction with other attendees of these events. We may offer special deals, discounts and promotions to our members in relation to these events, but we reserve the right to take them away at any time.

24. Amendments: The terms of this agreement can be changed at any time. You are bound to the changes of this agreement, of which it is your responsibility to stay updated on. You agree that you are bound to the changes of this agreement from the time you initially joined the 2threads.com website and agreed to these terms.

25. Trademarks: The name 2threads and website address www.2threads.com, 2threads logos, intellectual property, trademarks and design elements are the property of 2threads, a business registered under the business names laws of New South Wales, Australia must not be used, altered, adapted, distributed, printed, displayed or used for any commercial or personal purpose that is not approved in writing by 2threads.com

26. Indemnity: "You agree to indemnify, defend and hold 2threads.com, our directors, employees and appointed representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and losses that directly or indirectly arise
from your breach of this agreement."

27. Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. Users of our website should refer to our privacy policy, which forms part of this agreement.

28. The terms of this agreement are enforceable under the law of New South Wales, Australia.

SHOPPING

On the 27th of August 2008, 2threads.com added shopping functionality to its website. With this addition come the following additions to our terms and conditions.

29. Shopping Introduction:
2threads.com acts as a venue to allow users to sell and buy certain goods within a fixed price format. 2threads is not an auction site and not an online retailing site. 2threads does not buy or sell items on behalf of users. 2threads purely acts as an intermediary in the buying and selling of products between users. All purchases are carried out between the individual buyers and sellers of listed products. Payment for products is handled by the paypal accounts of the sellers and buyers.
Only registered members of 2threads may buy and sell products on the 2threads website.

30. Products for sale
2threads.com does not screen users or the products that they upload for sale on the website and 2threads does not control the transaction process. All transactions between buyer and seller on the site are subject to the specified terms of the particular seller, which you should read carefully and fully consider before making a purchase. For these reasons we cannot be held responsible in any way for any losses associated with any sales transaction completed on the 2threads website or associated websites and widgets.

All product information for listed products has been provided by the product sellers and product sellers only. We encourage sellers to be as accurate as possible with all products they list for sale via the descriptions, images and information they provide, but we do not guarantee that this information will always be fully accurate.

31. Seller Accounts
To sell product(s) to other users on 2threads, a potential seller must sign up for a seller account and be approved to sell products. 2threads reserves the right to deny approval any potential seller. 2threads also reserves the right to cancel any sellers account at any time without prior warning or notice. Note that all prices are in Australian currency.

To be approved for a seller account, a potential seller must provide certain information to 2threads.com. Such as, but not limited to, address details and paypal account details. All sellers must have a valid paypal account to be approved.
When a seller’s listed product is sold, the buyer is sent to the sellers paypal account to complete the transaction. Both buyer and seller are then notified of that transaction once it’s completed. It is then the sellers’ responsibility to post the purchased product to the buyers’ specified postal address.

As a seller, you must NOT:
(a) List products for sale that:
- You do not own or have permission to sell
- Are fake or replica products of any sort.
- Are offensive, illegal or prohibited items
- Are defamatory to any person, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful or violent.
- Infringe copyright, trademark or patent of any person or company worldwide
(b) Fail to deliver items purchased from you
(c) Transfer your 2threads seller account to any 3rd party at any time without the written consent of 2threads management team.
(d) Attempt to manipulate the feedback system

As a seller you must do the following:
(a) Comply with the relevant laws and tax laws of their country of residence. 2threads takes no responsibility for the non-compliance of these laws and tax laws.
(b) Pay all commissions to 2threads within 7 days of invoicing.

32. Returns
All returns policies are provided and implemented by the seller of the listed product. All issues related to product returns must be handled directly by the buyer and seller. 2threads does not participate in this communication and does not provide mediation in any related matters. Sellers when listing products for sale have the option to provide a returns policy, if you have any questions on this policy please contact the respective product seller.
2threads is not liable at any time for any losses incurred as a result of a returns issue between a product buyer and seller.

33. Communication
2threads.com encourages you to communicate directly with potential transaction partners through the tools available on the Site.

34.Seller fees
2threads.com charges all sellers a 9% listing fee for all products that are sold though 2threads.com stores, pages and associated widgets. There are no feeds for listing products. These terms and amounts may be subject to change in the future with due notice to all sellers.
Sellers are charged these fees at the end of each month via an invoice being sent to the sellers’ email with a request for payment within 7 days. All invoices must be paid within this 7-day time frame or a seller’s account may be cancelled. All invoices will be in Australian dollars and if the seller has transacted in another currency the 9% will be taken from this amount and converted to Australian dollars at the going exchange rate at the time of invoicing. A 10% GST fee is applicable to all such invoices.

Products purchased through 2threads may be subject to other taxes and import duties, these fees are the responsibility of buyers.

35. General Disclaimer
2threads.com and its representatives and associated parties are not liable to you or any others for any losses in conjunction with the use of this website and its associated shopping functionality. By accepting this agreement you will not hold 2threads responsible for other users' content, actions or inactions, or items they list on the 2threads website. 2threads is purely a venue to allow anyone to buy and sell products; we are not involved in the transaction between buyers and sellers. We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items listed on the 2threads website and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of users product listings and the ability for buyers and sellers to complete transactions in part or in full.
